    After F1's hopes to keep the Grand Prix on, F1, the FIA and the local government have made the decision to cancel 2023's Emilia Romagna GP amidst the awful flooding and torrential rain. But what ultimately lead to the cancellation? Why was it so early compared to previous race complications? And what can we learn from this scenario going forward? Matt Kew talks to Martyn Lee about the scenario in Italy, the possibility of a race later in the year and more.
